Acceptible Use Policy

At-Will Service: Software Services reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Illegal activities: The law requires that Software Services report any criminal activity of which it might become aware to the appropriate authorities. It is the responsibility of the account owner to be familiar with current laws and regulations.

Fixed Bid Sites

For the purposes of quoting a fixed bid page, a page consists of no more than 1200 words.

Fixed bid sites may contain flash animations, movies, music, embedded widgets, and file downloads, but creating and processing these will occur at our regular hourly rates.

Logo Design and Banner Design are optional services.
